Having problems with your membership? Cant login? Dont worry, my name is Kidd and I will help you with your problem so you can start downloading our great items as soon as possible.
Please, just before you reach out for your mail and contact me, check the following points since almost 90% of the times you will be able to correct the issue at your own.
1. Be sure to have a pay membership
I know it sounds obvious but sometimes there are mixups in this issue. On the site we have free downloads and Subscriber downloads, each on its own category. To be able to download from our subscriber section you must first make a donation (http://www.exnemsims.com/join.cgi) to exnemsims.com.
2. Your forum login is NOT your download login
When you try to download a subscriber download file you will be asked for a username and password, the most common mistake is to try and use the login you use for the forum. When you make your donation you are given a NEW set of username and password, please use those to download your files.
3. The username and password are case sensitive
When you type your username and password, please verify that you type them exactly as provided to you since both of them are case sensitive. This means that if your username is "simuser" and you type "SimUser" you will be denied access.
4. Dont copy/paste your username and password
I know its easier to copy/paste your username and password, the problem is that sometimes when you do that, blank spaces might get copied too, and as a result your login will be incorrect. To avoid the tedious task of typing over and over again your login information, you have the option to let your browser remember your login information.
5. You must have cookies enabled
Our system uses cookies to identify you as logged in, if your browser doesnt have cookies enabled then you will not be able to login. Please verify that you have cookies enables in your browser.
