This is one I had handy, a pic of myself and my neice's daughter... she's the cute one in the picture. This was taken a little earlier this year, during a visit by her mother and her great-grandmother (my dear old Mum).

She wanted to learn to play the guitar. She was so fascinated with music. It will be interesting to see whether she has the same interest later in life, but at two, she's not ready for a recital yet.

Hi All,

This is pictures of my wife and I. Was looking for some better ones, but this is all I have left at the moment. We have lost a lot of photos and items to the hurricane Katrina. Anyway I was trying to touch it up with gimp, but not doing to well with it yet.

The main picture I was glade we where able to salvage because it is when we went on our first date to the Mardi Gras we where 17 years young then.

I also added a small shoot of her face so you can see her better, and I added a small shoot of how we look now 35 years later not such a good picture but all I had to work with.

I know what you mean about the photos. We lived in Panama City when Hurricane Ivan hit. The storm wasn't that bad, except for the tornado as it approached.

It gives new meaning to the phrase "Gone with the Wind". We rescued a lot of really old photos I had, but all our wedding pictures are probably littering Oz right now. Fortunately, my sisters and Mother gathered up all the copies she had given away and made us a replacement album. It's not all of them, but enough.

We've had two years plus now to recover, and it doesn't hurt to think about it anymore (although I do not like it when thunderstorms or tornado watches are issued). As Linda Ronstadt sang in the song Long, Long Time:
"Time washes clean".

Shovac: You guys are just beautiful. You seem to still be in love which is so rare to see these days, I applaud that. It's hard in this world to find true comitment and true love, most people confuse love with being in love which are two very different things. I know first hand that love is about comitment and sacrifice, love is taking of your shirt in cold wether so that the person with you stays warm, and I know in order to be where you are now you (both) must have made a lot of sacrifices, I admire that. I wish you a lifetime of happiness and joy. You are a great couple.

Everyone: It's so cool to see everyone's faces, it sort of brings everyone closer together. I for one am a person that loves and appreciates "different". I think god made us different for a reason and I love seeing so many different faces, love you all.

I *love* seeing everyone's pics. The diversity in the sims community is amazing! Here's a few pics of me to add to the collection.

The blue hair was done for an anime convention. I went as Botan of YuYu Hakusho (alternate guise of course).

The last one is a bit older. My cat, Loki, loves sleeping like that....although he prefers being nestled in cleavage land. The picture was staged to make me look as "geeky" as possible for an internal website I did for a former company....yeah, it wasn't really hard to do. I was "Crabby Geek Girl" (ala Microsoft's Crabby Office Lady) and did tutorials on how to use MS Office products through video/audio tutorials. All the stuff in the room is mine, it was actually my home-office when we lived in Cinci, OH.
