Membership Problem

Hi

I have a problem with my membership and emailed the support email 4 days ago but have no reply as yet.

Who is the best person to contact about this sort of thing- its annoying as I did not have a problem before the new forum and now I really need some assistance.

Is this for the subscription downloads? Dumb question, but did you type the user name and password rather than cut and paste? That's the only way I could get it to work for me.
