Whenever I try to download something, it takes me to my log-in page. i take my time, login in again, get an acknowledgement message that i'm logged in, and get the same log-in page.

Also, where is the priamry log-in? I can only find the log-in when i try to post or download something.

The log in prompt when you go to download a subscriber item may pop up more than once.
Be sure you are not copy pasting your information in.

There is a log in for the forums which is your red xiii name and a seperate log in for premium uploads which you should have received via mail i believe?

Well, it's not a subscriber item; it's Exnem's Darth vader sim in the Community downloads. And it's ion the forums? alright.

You shouldnt be getting a prompt for that at all. You just clickon the rar file and it should ask you to open save or cancel the file.

Do you have an image of whats happening to you, it will help :)

Oh, I got that before. You have to log in using your forum username/password, not your subscription user/pass. So, make sure you did the free forum registration.

I didn't subscribe, so I only have one Username and password.

It appears you´re not using IE, try to use it and download items with it. It may not be the reason but while using other browser than IE this happened to me on another site several times.

I've never used anything else, so that's not the problem...MAYBE I accidentally signed up for the subscriber? No, because each time it says I logged in successfully...

Alright, i finally got it to work; I cleared ALL my browsing history, lowered my security settings, and logged back in, THEN it let me download the file. Thank you all for your time and patience, I really appreciate it! ^^
