I think the shirtless guy was not only being an idiot but was attempting to mock an old tv ad. I'm from Cleveland and a radio station had an ad where a really fat guy would dance in various locales around Cleveland - like outside the rock n roll hall of fame, in The Flats, the shores of Lake Erie, etc. The campaign was hugely popular until the PC nuts decided it would make fat people feel bad. When I saw the shirtless guy it was the first thing that popped into my head.

God I'm weird. I haven't lived in Cleveland since the early 90's yet I remember a tv commercial from that long ago. Then again, I was watching X-Play (video game review show on the G4 network) and one of the host mentioned 3CPO's (the cereal). I about died laughing - until he brought it up I had totally forgotten about it. I swear I have a head chock full of totally useless knowledge.
