Summer? Yup. It's exactly 34 degrees here in Virginia but I've devoted the last three days to summertime. Specifically a beach themed shop!

Second Reef has almost everything you need to get ready for the summer. Bathing suits (ala Bella's Secret recolors by request), t-shirts, sandals, tote bags, Hawaiian print fabrics, lotion, and more. If that isn't enough, check out the finds section (first page of Second Reef's download page) for other stuff to get.

The big shark in the screenshot is by Windkeeper at TSR (she did surfboards too).

I've added a few small updates recently. The first is a restaurant set based on a real life restaurant I saw in Architectural Record magazine. It's kind of a mini set since most of the objects I needed already existed. I scanned the magazine pics and posted them on the download page for the set so you can see what the real one looked like.

I also finished one of the requests I received recently. It was for trim to go under the roofline of houses. I spent forever trying to get the pieces lined up but once I did I made a second version that is a bit fancier.

Lastly I added a few freebie meshes that someone wanted me to convert into Sim objects. Basically ladders and a rolling rack.

I've kind of forgotten to post updates so here are the last few additions to Retail Sims starting with the most recent.

Movie Props is a newly added section for all non-retail related downloads that, generally speaking, will only really be useful in stories and movies.

There are many new items in this update including a 7-piece cave building set, floating islands for both lots and as neighborhood objects, large and medium sized crystal formations and more.

The previous updates were mostly in another new area - landscaping. I've been trying to learn the art of plant creation but rather than add to the myriad of "normal" plants I thought I'd give the simmers with alien themed neighborhoods something to landscape with. There are now three complete sets of alien-like plants, all found in buildmode.
