custom content will not show up in game

hi i need help
my custom hair , eyes , makeup, and clothing will not show up in game . i have all the EPs and have tried a lot of things but nothing is working is there a patch or something that will fix this .

Ok im going to run down the list with you :)

Did you?

1- place all .package files inside My Documents/Ea Games /Sims 2/Downlaods folder
Make sure all are .package files

2- DId you enable custom content in the game? This is found with the three dots ... on your control panel in game. Once its enabled, exit the game and reboot

3- If all else fails try placing your body shop content in your my documents/ea games/sims 2/saved sims folder and see if that helps
