Download Access

I have written to everyone listed as a helper. Kidd, Michelle, LyricLee, and "customer support". I need someone to contact me ASAP. I have PAID through paypal. I have received my log in and password through them for the download (subscriber) section.

I am logged onto the forum. When I pull up Exnem, it shows me as logged in already. When I attempt to download, it asks for my user name and password. I am supplying the words provided by paypal that I received when I PAID for my subscription. It pops up with a blank screen and then says "unauthorized".....

Please help.

Should have come back earlier and changed my smilie, and thanked you for all your help. Honestly, I didn't have much hope of getting "real" assistance on a site this size. BUT, you guys go above and beyond to help download dummies like me.

I'm glad i found this thread cos this afternoon i paid for 1 month of download access and now i have the same problem MinkyDoe had.

I have contacted the administrators but untill now i got no reaction.
So hopefully a nice Mod/Administrator can help me out with this little issue.
