Wrongly Charged for Subscription

I'm a long time subscriber. I've subscribed here and when you used to be the Vault. Sunday I was charged 20. on my paypal for a six month subscription that I did not request, and my original subscription was not recurring. Paypal says that my money should be refunded by you. No one is answering my emails. Why did this happen? Why is no one answering my emails? Why has my money not been returned to me? Getting Frustrated Here.
