Penguin Stuck?

Can any one help me with this. It's my mom's game actually, but she wrote me and asked if I could find help.. A penguin walked on to her property and proceded to get stuck. I guess it's been there for a while and she cant get rid of it.. Closing and reloading didnt do it.. She has tried moveObjects on.. Does anyone have any idea of what she might try next to get this bird moving again..

I've never heard of a stuck penguin before. And you say that moveobjects on didn't work? Ill try to look around and see if I can find a solution for you.

She doesnt have any custom hacks that might interfere with gameplay does she?

She has some custom content but not very much though, and I dont think she has any hacks. I'll ask her.. Thanks for all your helps...

I don't know if this is the same style of problem but I had the family with the twin babies always visit any home I was playing & walk away & leave the twins on the ground I ended up reloading my game out of despair
