Downloads not working

hi,
i've downloaded food and drink machines here, and none of them show up in my game. it seems like they make my game crash too. :sad2: :sad2:

if it makes any difference, i am using a mac.
i have uni, nightlife, pets, and OFB, so they should work.

any ideas?

Have you checked if other custom content shows up? Maybe you have not enabled custom content in your game. You have to manually enable it once you instal any expansions.

We have tested all the objects here in different systems and we know they work, hundreds of people have downloaded them so it must be a problem on your system or conflict with some other custom content.
