1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase of our membership or use of our objects implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. LICENSE
Our Web Site grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the sims objects and other products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by Exnem's Sims.
LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may only use each object on a computer belonging to you.
MODIFICATIONS
You may recolor any of our objects and you may post those recolors anywhere you like, but not the base object. You may not take parts from our objects to make your own objects although you may dissasemble our objects for learning or testing reasons.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our objects or products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, Web Site or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Exnem's Sims.
ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Exnem's Sims.
OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our objects or products, modified or unmodified. All objects and products are property of Exnem's Sims.
Our objects are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
3. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since Exnem's Sims is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing a membership at our site.
We don't SELL objects individually here. The subscription fee charged is for entrance and server use. Once you have effectively entered the site and downloaded an item no refunds will be issued.
4. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU AGREE THAT EXNEM'S SIMS OBJECTS ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND (EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTY OF NON INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE SIMS VAULT BY EXNEM OBJECTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
