I agree with the rest of the folks on here the sushi addition is wonderfully appetizing. My question is, has there been any issues with not being able to grab or eat the objects downloaded? I recently added this object to the game and I can find it where it is described on the website but my sims wont pick it up and they seem to not be able to interact with it. Is there something i did wrong? I put all the files in download folder.

This is a new food option that is buyable/sellable in it's cooked state. It can be found in the kitchen/appliances section of the catalogue by clicking on the misc button....

Yay! Sushi!!!! :D :D I've always wanted Sushi in the Sims 2.....it was in the Sims 1 & the Urbz but not the best sim Game...lol

I can find the food in my game, and I can place it on surfaces.....but my Sims walk up up to it but can't grab it, the icon on top of the screen just fades away!! Why can't my Sims interact with it, can someone please tell me why and if I did something wrong!!!!

Yes, this issue has appeared before, and the only thing we have found to solve this problem is a full reinstall of the game.

The problem is that installing new expansions with custom content on seems to break some game files and then some custom objects start to behave strangely or not work at all. People tend to think its a problem with their new objects while in fact is a problem of the game loosing stabilty.

So, the only advice I could give you, if you are certain you installed everything where it belongs, is to backup all your neighborhoods and custom content and then reinstall the game and expansions in order and lastly, re install your custom content and neighborhoods. This always seems to fix all the issues.
