Tacos al Pastor - Mexican Food! Yummm!!

This is one of the foods that have been most requested here and at other sites. TACOS!!! :P

These are "tacos al pastor" and are probably the most famous and widely consumed type of tacos in southern Mexico. They are made with handmade corn tortillas and pork meat marinated in a special sauce made with a unique spice called "achiote" from mayan cuisine, the sauce is prepared with this spice as well as pepper, vinegar and sour oranges. Chop some parsley and onions and sprinkle on top and enjoy!.

These are the real thing, unlike the more commercial "Taco Bell" style of tacos which I personally dislike, however I WILL make some taco bell type tacos soon for those of you used to those kind :)

Every time we upload something we set is a global announcement so that it sticks at the top of all the forums, this way anyone who enters the forum can see the announcement and find out what our current updates are. The end announcement date is the time when the announcement flag sill be set off for that thread and become just a regular thread.
